Italy is probably most famous for it’s Primi Piatti and rightly so as there is a huge range of dishes to choose from. If you love fresh pasta, ravioli or risotto and have a weakness for potato gnocchi this is the course for you!

Learn to make your restaurant favourites, whether it’s pumpkin gnocchi, the perfect risotto, ribollita, cannelloni, canederli, ricotta gnocchi, pappa al pomodoro, minestrone, crespelle, lasagna, tortellini in brodo or spatzle.

Lunch will be a bountiful table of fresh seasonal salads with homemade bread and all your culinary delights. Whether seated at an alfresco dining table under the grape vines in the warmer seasons or gathered around the open wood fire in the colder months.

During your day, we will serve unlimited teas, coffee, water, wonderful local wines and Proseccos from the best producers.

Meals are always seasonal and use organic garden herbs and homegrown vegetables as well as any foraged ingredients from our fields and woods around us.
