ANTIPASTI

Italian Antipasti are small starters, snacks or Cicchetti as they are locally called and are an indispensable part of Italian life, whether you are at the table or having drinks with friends!

With this course, you will learn how to make a selection of the best Italian antipasti of the season.

The possibilities are endless! Options include stuffed zucchini flowers, gnocco fritto, polenta crisps, olive ascolane, arancini, mozzarelline, bruschetta e crostini, pomodori gratinati, polpette, mozzarella in carrozza, musetto con polenta, baccala’ mantecato, octopus salad, sarde in saor, marinated smoke trout, breaded mussels, frittata , liver pate’, sformato, italian salads and carpaccio, just to name just a few!

Lunch will be a bountiful table of all these culinary delights. It will be seated at an alfresco dining table under the grape vines in the warmer seasons or gathered around the open wood fire in the colder months.

During your day we will serve unlimited teas, coffee, water, wonderful local wines and Proseccos from the best producers.

Meals are always seasonal and use organic garden herbs and homegrown vegetables as well as any foraged ingredients from our fields and woods around us.
