A full hands on course in creating the perfect pizza.

You will learn how to choose the right flours and get to know their tastes. You will also begin to understand each of their strengths and weaknesses.

We will further your knowledge of your yeasts, so you can learn how to control them and work them to obtain the best results every time.

You will join us in preparing the fresh dough and learn about the entire fermentation process that sets the foundation of every unforgettable bite of pizza you ever took.

After the preparation, we will pass on our pearls of wisdom on shaping your pizza, stretching it all the way towards that form of perfection.

Once your shape has been set, you can venture into our very own vegetable garden to hand pick the fresh, seasonal ingredients for your pizza.

After our ingredients our laid out and ready, enjoy that marvellous toss of the hand that builds each pizza up, customising your pizza and getting creative with your favourite toppings. Finally, there comes that long-awaited slide of your pizza into our very own wood fired oven, hidden in the woods.

Once our pizzas are out of the oven, we will also be making a crisp and delicious salad to accompany our feast, as well as seasonal Italian appetisers. You will also have the opportunity to create a traditional Italian dessert.

Throughout this course, we will share our tricks on how to achieve the same results using your normal home ovens or work together on resolving problems you may have encountered in the past with your pizzas.

During the day we will also serve unlimited teas, coffee, water, wonderful local wines and Proseccos from the best producers.

We will always be using seasonal produce, organic garden herbs and homegrown vegetables as well as any foraged ingredients from our fields and woods around us.
